We reply to confirm your order, delivery date and payment details. Prices already include shipping to Singapore.
Factory packs and ships
Your tub is packed and crated at the factory, then shipped to Singapore.
Delivered in 14–21 days
We arrange the delivery date with you on WhatsApp. We can quote installation separately.
Before you order
- Shipping usually takes 2–3 weeks. When sea freight is congested, it can occasionally take 4–5 weeks. If your order is delayed, we'll keep you updated on WhatsApp.
- Measure your bathroom door, corridor and lift before ordering. The tub must fit through every opening on the way in.
- Lead time starts after your order and payment are confirmed. Customs clearance delays are rare but possible.
- Check the packaging on delivery and send us photos of any damage on WhatsApp the same day.
