From WhatsApp message to delivered tub

  1. Send your order on WhatsApp

    Pick a size and colour, then tap the WhatsApp button. Your order details are filled in for you.

  2. We confirm price and delivery

    We reply to confirm your order, delivery date and payment details. Prices already include shipping to Singapore.

  3. Factory packs and ships

    Your tub is packed and crated at the factory, then shipped to Singapore.

  4. Delivered in 14–21 days

    We arrange the delivery date with you on WhatsApp. We can quote installation separately.

Before you order

Why are your prices lower than in Singapore showrooms?

We order directly from the factory and ship to you, so there is no showroom or distributor markup.

Can I install a bathtub in my HDB flat?

Yes, inside the bathroom HDB originally built. A freestanding tub stands on your existing tiles, so it doesn't need hacking, even in a new flat. Read our guide to HDB bathtub rules, or see our small bathtubs for HDB bathrooms.

How much does a bathtub cost in Singapore?

Our tubs start from S$399 with shipping included. Showroom tubs often cost over S$1,000, and a built-in installation can add S$1,500–S$3,000. See our bathtub cost guide.

Will it fit my HDB or condo bathroom?

Check the length, width and height on each product page against your space and every door on the way in. Send us your measurements on WhatsApp if you are unsure.

Can I see the tub before buying?

Each listing has factory photos and, where available, a video. Ask on WhatsApp and we can request extra photos or a video call with the factory.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping usually takes 2–3 weeks. When sea freight is congested, it can occasionally take 4–5 weeks. If your order is delayed, we'll keep you updated on WhatsApp.

Do you install?

Delivery is to your door. We can recommend installers and quote installation on WhatsApp.
